​The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a session fee of $311.  At True Insight Psychology, we’re committed to making quality mental health care more accessible—offering expert support at a lower cost, without compromising on care or professionalism.

• Standard session fee: $250 for 50 minutes

• Rebates:

  • Medicare: With a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, receive a rebate of $141.85—reducing your out-of-pocket cost to $108.15 per session (up to 10 sessions/year).

  • Private health: Rebates vary; please check with your insurer.

• Appointments: Available in-person or via telehealth

• Cancellation policy: 24 hours’ notice required. Late cancellations may incur a fee to help ensure timely access for all clients.
